AC/DC pulse TIG and MMA inverter welding machine for aluminum, stainless steel, and precision fabrication
Details
Edon TIG 200 AC/DC Pulse Inverter Welding Machine is a high precision welding solution designed for TIG and MMA applications. It is built for fabricators and technicians who require full control when working with different metals including aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel.
The machine features full AC/DC capability. DC mode supports welding of steel, stainless steel, and copper. AC mode is designed for aluminum welding, helping break oxide layers and deliver clean, strong welds. This makes it a complete solution for multi material fabrication.
Pulse TIG function allows precise heat control by cycling between high and low current. This reduces distortion, improves weld appearance, and gives better control on thin materials. It is ideal for detailed fabrication and finishing work.
The digital control panel allows adjustment of key welding parameters including current, pulse frequency, duty cycle, upslope, downslope, and gas flow timing. This ensures consistent weld quality and repeatable results.
High frequency start enables non contact arc ignition, preventing contamination and improving weld cleanliness. The machine also supports 2T and 4T trigger modes for better control during short and long welds.
